This was a test shot with my D90+Tripod+remote shutter release while tethered to my MBP using the free Nikon software Nikon Control. I still have a long way to go but having fun getting there.

While walking the dog at the Seminole County Bike path, we came across about 11 Eagles in the trees along side the path.

While most of my family buys and sells gold via a brick and mortar store front up in New England, lately people have asked can I get more money or is it easier to sell to an online buyers like Cash 4 Gold.

Our local TV news (WFTV 9) down here in FL, ran a segment last night regarding a Southern Florida online buyer of gold and what they would offered compared to a local pawn shop vs the appraised value.

Appraised value: ~$450 (scrapped for market value – end user can never get this but can insure his or her jewelry for this amount maybe more)

Local Pawn shop offer: ~$350

Cash 4 Gold paid: $97.00

Then there’s the “no thanks I’ll take my gold/jewelry back please” – Sorry we mistakenly scrapped it (melted it) already.

Please take your gold to a local store where if you don’t like the price they offer, you can simply walk out with your jewelry or even better, the fair market CASH in hand.

A catfish comes to the service to grab some break. We had a feeding frenzy with about 3 or 4 catfish, one large sun fish and a turtle.
